Why is Talat Market doing a blog?

We've been kicking the idea around within our team for some time, and we're finally doing it - we're going to be doing short weekly posts here on our bloggity blog blog.

We want to explore a few different threads -

1. We're constantly fielding questions about the pop up world, from the public and also from other chefs. We don't know everything about everything, but at this point, we've got quite a few pop up events under our belt. We want to share what we can.

2. We want to highlight some of the amazing growers, producers, and purveyors that we work with, as well as their exceptional product. If they didn't do what they do, we wouldn't be able to do what we do.

3. We'd to showcase some of our influences, from favorite cookbooks to chefs who inspire us with their damn good food.

4. We also just want to write down some of our goofy thoughts and see if they vibe with yall.

So stay tuned for more updates, bad clip art (we love it), and the odd insight.
